I highly recommend Silvana! She is kind, gentle, trustworthy, and so much fun. Our daughter gets so excited when Silvana arrives that she practically shoos us out the door! Silvana is always on time, has great communication skills, and responds quickly. She also sends us updates throughout her time with our daughter. She does a great job of engaging with our daughter and is always happy to play or do whatever activity she is interested in. For example, our daughter loves cooking and baking, and Silvana has baked cookies with her every time she has come over. She also does a wonderful job following the routine we lay out for her. It can be really hard to find someone you truly trust with your kids, but I have absolutely no hesitation with Silvana. Our daughter feels safe, happy, and comfortable with her, and that is all we could ask for. We are so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to any family looking for a caring, dependable, and trustworthy babysitter.
