I can’t recommend Natalie enough! She is genuinely one of the most trustworthy, dependable, and naturally talented nannies I’ve ever known. She’s been doing this for years, and it really shows. She knows how to handle just about anything that comes her way with patience, confidence, and so much care. She doesn’t just “watch” kids, she is fully invested in them. She’s incredibly attentive, responsible, and knows how to make kids feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while still keeping things fun. She has that rare ability to be both nurturing and confident when things get chaotic. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their kids.
