About Shelbi

I have been a babysitter and a nanny for about 20 years! My true passion is helping moms. I like to work alongside parents to understand their needs and then help create a cohesive plan that is beneficial to parents and kids alike. I am looking for something to fill my time. I'm open to discussing different types of opportunities. I'm looking for a job that allows me to feel fulfilled. I would love to work with a family and build a long lasting relationship because I have helped nanny kids that are now in college that I am still close with and it brings me a lot of joy. I started working with kids when I was 14 (now 34) but I became a full time nanny at 19. At 25, I needed health insurance so I got into retail management. I have always stayed in touch with babysitting and nannying. One thing you should know about me is I am particular about a schedule. I believe all kids function better with a routine and I tend to do everything I can to help with routines.
