I have 12 years of experience working with children from kindergarten through 12th grade, including extensive experience with children with special needs. Working with children is truly my passion, and I love creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where they feel supported and cared for. I'm warm, patient, energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and their individual needs. My experience with autism and emotional and behavioral needs has taught me the importance of patience, compassion, consistency, and flexibility. I'm someone families can feel comfortable trusting with their children. I'm responsible, attentive, open to feedback, and always willing to learn. I also enjoy keeping children engaged through play, crafts, learning, and outdoor activities, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and child-related tasks.
