About Monica

Hello, my name is Monica and I recently was a behavioral aide at an elementary school in the Lafayette school district. I primarily assist students with ASD but I have worked with children and adults in a variety of occupational capacities. I have previously worked as an in home care provider for elderly clients. I provided care specifically for seniors with mobility difficulties, dementia and other chronic conditions. I focus on connecting and engaging with my clients so that we form a trusting relationship that allows them to have independence and agency over their day to day activities. Prior to this occupation, I have 6+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry assisting international and domestic families, students and individuals relocating to the Bay Area.
