I have extensive experience assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and companionship. I am skilled in caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, using patience, empathy, and effective communication techniques to promote comfort, safety, and emotional well-being. I am also experienced in safe patient transfers and the use of mechanical lifting equipment, including Hoyer lifts and other mobility devices.
