About Joy

I'd describe my personality as loving, caring, nurturing. I know how to set rules and follow them, but guide children through love and happiness. As a mother of six grown kids, I know the appropriate time to be very strict and serious and I know when that is not necessary. I believe children need positivity and reassurance and lots of love. I am always trying to improve. I'm looking for a job that can use me for some hours in the afternoon. I teach preschool in the morning from about 830 to 11:30. I started working with kids when I worked for Disney on ice right after college. I played Tiger Lily and Mrs. Darling in the Peter Pan on ice production and every week in a different city or different country. I was blessed with the opportunity of going to children's hospitals and reading to them. I have worked for IUSD, TUSD CUSD and St. Mary's and All Angles TK-8th grade.
