About Laila

I've been working with children for the past three years and truly enjoy helping them grow, learn, and build confidence. I'm a trained ABA therapist and currently work as a teacher in an after-school program with children in kindergarten through 6th grade. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I believe in teaching children respect, kindness, responsibility, and gratitude while using clear expectations and age-appropriate consequences to encourage positive behavior and independence. I value open communication with parents and always follow each family's routines and parenting style to provide consistency. I enjoy outdoor play, games, crafts, and educational activities. I have reliable transportation, I'm comfortable around pets, and I'm committed to making a positive impact on every child I care for.
