About Joslin

I'm the oldest of six siblings and the oldest cousin in a large, close-knit family, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life. While I don't have professional childcare experience, I have extensive hands-on experience with children of all ages, from newborns to older children, including caring for newborn twins while managing the needs of other children. I also have three years of professional experience in a memory care community, assisting adults with dementia and Alzheimer's with activities of daily living (ADLs). This has strengthened my patience, responsibility, communication, and ability to provide compassionate, attentive care. I'm dependable, nurturing, and enjoy creating a fun, safe environment where children can learn and explore. I especially love arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and finding age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity and curiosity.
