Cindy has been an incredible caregiver for our baby. She has been with our family for the past six months, and we plan to continue working with her until our son is ready for preschool. Our baby never has a dull moment with Cindy. His days are filled with enriching activities, library visits, outdoor adventures, and opportunities to explore the world around him. Cindy keeps us closely connected to his day by sharing plenty of photos and updates. She goes out of her way to borrow books from different libraries based on his interests, helping foster his love of reading and learning. She also regularly takes advantage of free admission opportunities available to veterans, bringing our son to museums and community events that provide fun and educational experiences. Cindy interacts with our son with warmth, kindness, and respect. At the same time, she provides clear and consistent boundaries, calmly guiding him when he tests limits or exhibits challenging behavior. We deeply appreciate her ability to balance empathy with structure. We truly believe our son is thriving in large part because of Cindy's care and dedication. One example that stands out is his relationship with the car seat. He used to be fearful and resistant to being strapped in, but now he happily climbs into it, excited about the activities and adventures that await him. Seeing this transformation has been a wonderful reflection of the confidence, curiosity, and joy that Cindy has helped nurture in him.
