About Paola

Experienced Nanny | Early Childhood Education | Newborn Care Specialist Hello! I'm an experienced, caring, and dedicated childcare professional with 17 years of experience caring for children. My background in Early Childhood Education, along with my training as a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, allows me to provide nurturing, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for children from newborns through early childhood. I believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and feel secure. I enjoy creating age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity, supporting developmental milestones, and incorporating a preschool-style curriculum to make learning fun and engaging. My approach to childcare is centered on patience, kindness, safety, and respect for each child's individual needs. I also value open communication with parents and believe in building a trusting partnership with families.
