About Carolina

Hi! I'm Carolina, a Brazilian nanny with nearly 10 years of experience caring for children, especially infants and toddlers. I'm also a proud mom and grandmother! I believe childhood is one of the most important stages of life. My approach is based on love, patience, and respect, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. I enjoy music, reading, outdoor activities, and supporting children's independence through everyday experiences. I also value open communication and a trusting relationship with parents. I'd love to learn more about your family and see if we'd be a great fit!
