About Bianca

Hello! My name is Anissa. I was an ABA behavioral therapist looking to help you as a babysitter/nanny for your little one! I have a little over 2 years working with children. I'd describe my personality as creative, resourceful and understanding. I know how to motivate, entertain and understand any child that I work with. With my experience I learned how to find a child's motives and reasoning for certain behaviors. I'm looking for a job that provides a healthy workplace environment, and provide consistent communication. Ideally, I would love a 4-5 day schedule, however I would also love to take on one-time shifts if accepted! :) I started working with kids when I was in high school volunteering to provide tutoring services to a 4th grade class until the pandemic hit. Once in college, I landed myself a job working as an ABA therapist for 2 yrs. One thing you should know about me is that I like ask about your children and family dynamics prior to meeting your children.
