What to expect in class: Taught by amazing Mr. Steven, who is in the Reno Wind Symphony, has a Master's Degree in Music and over 10 years experience teaching children 6 mos - 5 years! Engage your little one in a multi-age music class with songs, rhythm exploration, movement to music and instrument exploration (sanitized between each use). This class provides opportunities not only to learn musical techniques, styles, and about different instruments, but also supports social and emotional development. Benefits: Physical: Sensory exploration time is supported while children practice their motor skills, which is crucial for your child’s overall development. Cognitive: Music play helps activate parts of the brain responsible for music and speech processing. It creates an early appreciation of music and supports language development. Social: Through music, you can hear and feel emotions. Tunes can be happy, sad, or angry! This supports social development in understanding emotions in a new way. Adults: You get to engage with your little one making emotional connections and strong bonds. Being involved in your child’s play helps both you feel more connected.

The Middle School Art class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session for ages 11-13, designed to help students refine their artistic skills while exploring different mediums and techniques. This class covers drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture, with a focus on composition, perspective, shading, and color theory. Students are encouraged to develop their unique artistic voice while building a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary art practices.

In this class, Nicole will lead you and your little ones in 45-minutes of collaborative music making. We will connect through music while we sing, dance, move, play and pretend. We will bring sanitized instruments and props along with place markers meant to act as visual aids to help us keep a safe distance from one another.

Explore the Magic Clock Shop! Kiddos will spend a day filled with imagination and adventure as they help Oliver Whizgear, resident owl tinkerer, with his newest creations! Drop off is from 9am - 9:30 and pick up is anytime between 3:30 - 4:00pm. Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. If your child is sick or you need to miss a day of camp we will have a camp bag ready for you at the studio. This bag will be filled with enchanted projects, art materials, audio and video links and anything your kiddo might be missing in class. We are offering 11 different art camps/ new curriculum for Art Camps this summer. Art Camp at All Things Art Studio is the best way to experience total immersion in a summer art program! It's fun & and students get a chance to delve into their creative selves without crazy time restraints. Students will also get to Tie Dye an All Things Art Studio Camp Shirt (or other item for repeat campers) on Day 1! (included in the fee of camp). In the mornings, they will be working on individual projects, and the afternoon art academy will give them a relaxed but focused exercise in fine arts. There will be landscape drawing and painting, and still life exploration. We explore drawing, clay, printmaking, textiles, weaving, watercolor, acrylics, tempera paint, glazing & more! We will work with canvas, clay, watercolor, tissue paper and many other types of medium as well. Every camp is a different curriculum, so please register for as many as you can :) It's an amazing week for students, they meet and make new art friends and enjoy the warm summer weather. Bring a sack lunch each day and a water bottle, We will have outdoor lunch & walk in the neighborhood- plus outdoor "en plain air" instruction in their daily journal/ sketchbook. Bring it on! Some of our Elementary, Middle School and High School groups will be offered at the same times & days (convenient for families with older & younger children). But the Camps will be separated by the groups and have different curriculum and locations within the studio. (MS/HS have a seperate registration with separate curriculum)

Do they have ideas they TRULY believe in and would love to voice? Do you just want to improve their overall speech confidence while they learn how to structure and present a speech? Well, this is THEIR moment! In this awesome 1/2 Day Camp, we will: - Review the fundamentals of effective speech PERFORMANCE; - Have discussions about various TEDx Talks topics or current events; - Analyze various TED Talks; - Play multiple public speaking games and work on public speaking quick speech assignments during the class; - Learn how to STRUCTURE a TEDX Speech; - Receive instructor feedback and/or peer feedback; and - Writing and present a final TEDx Talk chosen by the student! Explore the world of making your own clay creations! This class will teach you how to create several hand-built clay pieces. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisqueware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for all sessions OR our school program for discounted rate.

We will also be mixing in some watercolor and acrylic projects throughout the week. Join us for Build a House Week! We will be creating homes for our dolls, stuffies or what ever you have at tucked into your bed! From building the boxes, to designing the wallpaper and carpets, to building furniture. This week is not ideal for children under 7 years old as there will be a lot of hot glue and building, but they can still give it their best try. ​ We are looking forward to seeing rooftop terraces, pools, gardens and more!

This 4-Day musical theater camp inspired by Hamilton uses the iconic Broadway musical to help campers develop the skills every performer needs to perform on a Broadway Stage (or the Congressional Floor!)
