Spring Semester (Mid March-May) Exercise the imagination and build creativity at the Art House. This class is designed for four to 6 years old aged children to help them learn and develop fine motor skills through creating art! Your child will practice using scissors, holding a pencil and paint brush, and much more through drawing, painting, and sculpting. Students produce a variety of projects with various mediums and subjects in order to learn different techniques and skills in creating art. Classes are limited in sizes so sign your child up today!

PreK, Kinder, & 1st grade Art Program Overview Unlocking Creativity Through Core Art Foundations Our Pre-K, Kinder, & 1st grade Art Program is designed to foster creativity and build essential skills through a sequential and cyclical curriculum. By progressively exploring the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design, students not only learn art techniques but also develop a deep appreciation for art history. Bathroom Independence: Children must be fully independent in using the bathroom to attend classes without adult supervision. AMERICAN ART PARTY Fireworks, picnics, family, and fun, this week is all about celebration! Join the fun and celebrate with the Art House. At this camp your child will create a painting of American wild flowers that garnish the fields around us. Campers will get to design 2 or 3 miniature paintings on 3"x 3" canvases. Our school year curriculum for ages 7 to 10 emphasizes form and composition. This program does not require students to have prior art-making experience. There is a one-time, pre-requisite Online Form Class each student who is just starting Fine Art Fundamentals must complete by the third week of classes. This class teaches students about form, values and composition. You will be notified to sign up for this class if this is the first time your child is taking this class. This project is made with acrylic paint on canvas board. Campers learn about art, get their creative juices flowing, and have fun creating their own work of art. There will be different projects throughout the week to bring home and show off to your friends and family. Open to all campers interested in spending time exploring their creativity. Ages 4-6. THIS WEEK: With spring on the rise, we're welcoming some warmer weather with this delicate butterfly sculpture. Students will transform their drawings into 3D flowers as they cut and craft, challenging their dexterity with a tactile approach. Once their art is in full bloom, we’ll top it off with a beautiful butterfly, letting each student's creativity take flight as they learn about this amazing endangered species. Dress for a mess!

The elements of art and design will be taught in this fun, laid-back, and very safe environment, taught by a certified art teacher! All supplies are included!
