About Yanesa

Hi my names Yanesa! I'm a certified postpartum doula and public health grad newly founder of Doulas Through Life, based in South Eastern PA. We specialize in supporting families through the fourth semester. We offer overnight support, prenatal support, birth support, newborn care, emotional wellness, parent education, meal prep and much more. Or honestly just someone to help you breathe and rest. Because of this background I have worked with kids of all ages as well and can help with nannying and sibling adjustment. Our goal is to not only be there for your kids but you the parents as well. To overall build a strong and happy home. I offer both short and long term support and would love to be a part of your family's village.
