We have worked with Xochitl over the last 5 years as a regular babysitter for our three children ages 7 and under. Xochitl is like family to us, caring for the kids alone but also sitting down with us for family meals or events. She is a calm and loving presence in our house and the kids love her. Her experience caring for high needs kids and working with kids in STEM fields makes her a dynamic, creative, and patient caregiver. Xochitl is a hard worker and is very communicative / reliable.
