About Willow

Hi, my name is Willow and I would love to chat more about your care needs! For now here's a little bit about myself! I would describe my personality as compassionate, flexible, and driven. I have been working with children for the past 8 years in an array of different settings including at permanent nanny placements, nanny share, freelance agencies, and a daycare. I have experienced with ages 2 months to 4 years old as well as experience with special needs children. I am open to caring in an array of parenting styles and find it important to respect those boundaries. I believe I am skilled at time management and the ability to make daily schedules that align with the expectations of the family. I am CPR and first aid certified.
