Virginia is a sweet girl and worked well with our family for a couple of weeks. After taking approximately one week off due to illness, she informed me that she would be taking an additional week off to care for a friend's child. Unfortunately, after that communication, she stopped responding to calls, texts, and messages and did not return to work. She also kept our car seats! It's been several months and despite multiple requests to have them returned, we have heard nothing. I have even offered convenient, non-confrontational options to get the car seats back, even so much as leaving them on our front porch, but still nothing. As a result, I had to purchase replacement car seats at my own expense. While our initial experience was positive , the lack of communication and failure to return our property created significant challenges for our family.
