About Viktoriya

Hi! I'm Viktoriya, a caring, patient, responsible, and open-minded caregiver with paid childcare experience. As the oldest in my family, I grew up helping care for my six younger nieces, nephews, and cousins. I'm also a godmother and have helped care for my goddaughter since she was born. I have worked as a babysitter, including school pick-ups, preparing meals, spending time with children, and helping with their daily routines. I love cooking and am happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and activities. My human rights background has made kindness, inclusion, and respect especially important to me. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to families and children of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and family structures. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and positive environment where every child feels respected, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
