About Vicki

Vicki is one of the most compassionate, conscientious, and capable caregivers we have ever known — and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her! We hired her to help care for our newborn twins, and she ended up working with our family for well more than a decade. Vicki is a special blend of genuine warmth and exceptional competence. Her background as a nurse gives her the knowledge and sound judgment that provided us (especially as new parents) with a great sense of confidence and reassurance. At the same time, she has an incredibly calm, loving and nurturing nature…. and she truly adores the children in her care. From playing games and reading to them, to helping me prepare healthy and delicious meals and keep everything in the house organized, she was such a treasure! Vicki approaches children with patience and tenderness while also having the experience and good judgment to handle whatever situation may arise. We felt extraordinarily fortunate to have her caring for our children and to have her become such a meaningful part of our family for so many years (side note: she just celebrated our twins’ graduation from high school with us!)
