About Vanessa

Hi! I'm Vanessa, a certified teacher with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with TESOL certification. I recently completed the school year as a 7th Grade MLL (ESL) teacher and have over six years of experience teaching grades K-8. I'm passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging experiences for children through outdoor play, crafts, reading, educational games, and hands-on activities. My teaching background allows me to incorporate learning naturally into everyday fun while meeting each child where they are. I'm dependable, patient, friendly, and committed to creating a positive environment where children feel supported and loved! When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me spending time with my two Cavapoo dogs, planning my next Disney trip, or relaxing at the beach!
