Valentyna was our nanny for the past 3 years. As a caretaker and a partner in our daughter's growth, she was absolutely incredible. She was diligent with our daughters care, she was thoughtful about any issues, and she was a continuous part of the discussion (when invited) as we made all of the major parenting decisions you have to make in the first 3 years of our daughters life.
