Ume is a unicorn. I am so grateful to have been working with her these past several months. She is incredibly kind and respectful with each member of our family, with our pets and with our home. She is communicative and appreciates direction, and melded quickly and perfectly into our family. She makes each of our children feel special and cared for, which is not easy with a four-year-old and a newborn. She makes it all look so easy. I wish we could hire her full time and work together always.
