Applied for a job for a range that was lower than what she wants. We spoke about and she sent and update a message about a rate that is higher for the posting (that we spoke about). She is also looking for a short term position as she does not go to school in the area. Children need consistency and my posting was for long term help (just listed an upcoming event). I chose not to continue nor hire her. This is not unique to her but lots of caregivers on this site. Caregivers are not really reading what the parent(s) need.
