We’ve been so fortunate to have Ms. Tootie helping our family over the past few years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is always prompt, an excellent communicator, and truly wonderful with our kids. She has a calm, patient presence that’s balanced perfectly with a fun, engaging personality. She knows how to build trust with children while still setting appropriate boundaries and expectations. One thing that really stands out is how capable she is in challenging situations. On several occasions, she cared for our children alongside visiting family members’ kids, managing a large group with a wide range of ages. Many of the visiting children weren’t used to being away from their parents, yet Ms. Tootie handled everything with incredible care and poise. She made every child feel comfortable, safe, and happy, giving the adults complete peace of mind. Any family would be lucky to have Ms. Tootie caring for their children. We are so grateful for the care, reliability, and kindness she’s shown our family over the years.
