About Tracy

Three words that would describe my personality would be resilience, motivation, and respectful. I like working with kids because I love their creativity, energy, and unique personalities. It's rewarding to help them learn new things and watch them grow. I'm looking for a job where I can make a positive difference in children's lives while continuing to learn and grow myself. I started working with kids when I was really young, dating back to elementary school up until my last year of middle school. My mom used to be a babysitter so I would help feed the kids, change diapers, and I loved interacting and spending time with them. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and read. One thing you should know about me is I am currently in college getting my bachelor's degree in human services and psychology at ODU but it's all online so my time is very flexible and I'm available every day of the week! My skills include patience, responsibility, and communication.
