Hi, I'm a 42yr old mother of 4, 3 girls, 1 boy, 1 special needs, and a grandmother of 3. The invaluable experience Ive gained caring for my own children and grandchildren Ive now implemented in caring for others children. My children are the most important thing in my life, and I treat every child with that same care and dedication. I love it when kids call me their honorary grandma because it means Ive earned their trust and affection and that's my goal. My experience in caring for elderly/disabled individuals Ive acquired over a lifetime of caring for my disabled grandparent, both of whom suffered from conditions thats severely inhibited their ability to care for themselves over the past 20+ years. I treat every individual I care for with the same love and respect I treat my grandparents. I strive to be the kind of caretaker I would want for my grandparents, helping improve their quality of life while maintaining their dignity, and with the utmost respect.
