About Tiana

Hi! I'm Tiana, a 26-year-old compassionate, optimistic, and dedicated caregiver with a genuine heart for helping others! I have several years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults with diverse developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. I've worked in schools, clinics, private homes, and church settings, providing individualized care, daily living assistance, and emotional support. I'm also a commissioned Stephen Minister, trained in active listening, conflict resolution, and compassionate emotional and spiritual care. I'm excited to transition into elder care! I especially enjoy companionship, meaningful conversations, household assistance, and activities or outings. I'm also open to personal care and mobility support.
