I have a strong background in caregiving, supporting seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Early in my career, I worked as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), gaining hands-on experience providing compassionate care to those with health challenges. As a mother of six grown children, I balanced family life with caregiving roles. In addition to raising my own children, I have served as a foster parent and adult guardian, advocating for individuals in need of safe, nurturing environments. I also worked as a respite provider for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering relief to families while ensuring quality care. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, which have strengthened my leadership, communication, and care coordination skills. My experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs of seniors and a strong passion for creating supportive and respectful care environments.
