I'd describe my personality as empathetic, compassionate, and caring I like working with kids and adults with special needs because I love making a difference and seeing their smiling faces. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and doesn't feel like work. I started working with this population when I graduated college. I worked in daycares when I got to college but always babysat before then. I then started working with special needs after graduating high school. One thing you should know about me is I always will ensure that your children and family members are safe and that I'm trustworthy. My skills include arts and crafts, making all individuals feel comfortable, and providing a caring and safe environment.
