About Teira

Hellooo Families! :) My name is Teira, and I'm an experienced childcare provider with a strong background in early childhood education, special education support, and behavior therapy. I currently work in an elementary school and have several years of hands-on experience supporting children of all ages, including children with special needs. I previously owned and operated a licensed home childcare program and have also worked as a behavior therapist providing ABA-based support, giving me extensive experience with routines, positive behavior support, and emotional regulation. I can assist with school pickup, homework help, structured routines, meal and snack preparation, and fun, developmentally appropriate activities such as arts and crafts and outdoor play. I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and attentive, and my goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and parents feel confident and at ease.
