About Tehya

My most recent job experience is as an assistant teacher in a Waldorf preschool, where I helped with daily routines (including preparing snacks, setting up for nap time, changing clothes and diapers). One thing you should know about me is my dream is to move to Europe as soon as I figure out how to get there! I'd describe my personality as creative, thoughtful, and curious. I like working with kids because they help me see the world as a place filled with hope and wonder. I'm looking for a job that brings out the best in me: where I can be creative, active, and make someone's life (or just their day) better. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself! (Well, a teenager. Basically I helped teach Sunday school.) My background and passion is in education, and I would like to provide care locally while searching for jobs internationally. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, paint, walk my dog, nap, watch TV, read, and listen to music.
