We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, she connected with both of my children, and they warmed up to her almost immediately. She has such a kind, patient, and caring personality that makes her incredibly easy to like and trust. She is patient, resourceful, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. She communicates wonderfully with both me and my children, provides thoughtful updates throughout the day, and handles situations confidently. One thing that really stood out was how she helped my daughter when she was missing me—she handled it so calmly and compassionately that I never had to worry. As a parent, one of the biggest compliments I can give is that I feel completely comfortable leaving my children with her for a full day. I know she can handle whatever comes up without needing to constantly call or ask for assistance. That level of confidence and independence is invaluable. Most importantly, my kids absolutely adore her. They constantly ask when she's coming back and get excited every time they know she'll be here.
