My mother ran a family home daycare from the time I was born through my college years. Each Saturday I led a morning playgroup for parents to drop kids off and get their errands done. I started to be a mothers helper at age 6, back when I charged a quarter an hour!, introducing myself to ALL the pregnant moms in my neighborhood. Now with children of my own, I have taken up offering childcare to families that live within an hours drive from my home in Middlesex, VT.
