About Tara

Hi! I'm a mother of two young adults with 10+ years of paid childcare experience in home, daycare and pre-school settings. I have professional experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and children with behavioral challenges. As a parent with ADHD who raised children with ADHD, I understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and encouragement. My background and education make me an excellent caregiver for highly sensitive and neurodivergent children. I ensure every child feels safe, supported, seen, and valued. I hold an A. A. in Behavioral Science, a B. S. in Organizational Management, and 45 credits toward an M. S. W. in Clinical Social Work. My mental health training informs everything I do. I'm happy to help with school pickups, activities, homework, routines, and fun! My approach is warm and attentive, respecting each child and family's preferences.
