About Taona

Hi! I'm Taona, a recent university graduate who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. Most recently, I cared for a 2-year-old, managing her daily routine, preparing meals, assisting with bath time, and planning age-appropriate activities. We read books, practiced colors, shapes, numbers, and language skills, and worked on fine and gross motor development through play. I also have experience with children of all ages. As a Summer Springboard mentor, I supervised groups of 6-8 students (ages 12-18). As a Youth Mentor for my college, I also supported K-12 students with homework, games, and positive social interaction. I'm patient, dependable, comfortable around pets, have a valid driver's license, and enjoy crafts, baking, and reading. My goal is to provide dependable care while giving parents peace of mind.
