Sydney has worked for our family for 2 years and had become part of the family. She has great communication and is always on time. I completely trust her to transport my kids... she is an incredibly safe driver! Having a small child of her own, Sydney has great instincts and first hand experience with solid feeding, potty training, sleep scheduling, etc. She also has been incredibly flexible - helping our family with sitter nights/weekends, watching our pets, and helping with grocery pick-ups and other errands. Sydney is only leaving us because of our son's transition to pre-school... I wish she could stay longer with us!!
