About Sumintra

Supporting families is my passion. I have 14 years of childcare experience with children from infants to pre-teens, including nannying for multiple children. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Public Health and a master's degree in Human Resources Management. My childcare style is hands on, playful, and child-led. I love joining children in the activities they enjoy, from outdoor play, reading, and art to board games, exploring, and imaginative play. I follow each child's interests and energy, encouraging curiosity, independence, and learning through everyday experiences. I'm engaged and involved, not someone who sits back and watches from the sidelines. I prefer screen free childcare but respect each family's preferences and screen time guidelines. I value open communication and building trusting relationships with children and parents. I'm currently completing my CPR certification.
