Hi ! I have worked with children for over 20 years - newborns to 20-yr-olds... I have a degree in School Counseling.. I can care for children of different age groups, and have taken care of 3 children at once.. I strive to make sure they feel comfortable and safe... I believe children need structure and direction, while also patience and hugs.. I structure the day, with activities, nap times, meal times, snacks, breaks, naps, although I am happy to follow any specific schedule you have.. and am punctual.. I am First Aide and CPR certified as well.. Pay rate is Negotiable, depending on hours, and number of children, etc ($20 to 30) Minimal hours 3 + hours per day.. ...
