About Spencer

Hi, my name is Spencer! I'm a motivated recent grad seeking childcare work. This past summer, I worked as a substitute teacher for Wayland Public Schools with kids from kindergarten through 5th grade. Before that, I spent three summers as a camp counselor, also with K-5 kids, and I've babysat and coached basketball for kids in grades 3-8 -- giving me experience across a wide range of ages and situations. I understand the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. My background across teaching, counseling, babysitting, and coaching helps me connect with kids, understand their needs, and help them thrive.
