Hello New Family, I have been a nanny/home manager for 20 years. During that time, as a nanny/home manager, I have helped raise over 35 children as well as maintained each families home as if it was my own. I am currently looking for my next full-time family as my 3-year-old son will be entering school soon. Up until this time he has come to work with me. I've primarily worked with families who have a toddler and newborn throughout my career. This allows me to work full-time with your child/ren for many years to come. This foster's a trusting relationship with the family while giving the child/ren consistency in their day outside of their family. I focus on Montessori curriculum once the child is around 3-months-old. Working on age appropriate skills allows the child to blossom into their own individual while learning at the proper pace for them. I have excellent references.
