About Sherlike

I have 25 years of experience in childcare throughout New York City and Connecticut, including working as a nanny, owning my own daycare. I also have 15 years of experience as a behavior therapist, specializing in supporting children with autism. I have my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Special Education. I have two adopted boy's and one biological son. I have worked with many families, including families connected to Yale University and Yale-affiliated medical facilities. My approach focuses on child development, building strong relationships with families, and creating a supportive village around every child. I provide dependable, individualized care based on each family's needs and am also available for weekend care. My goal is simple: support the child, support the family, and make a difference.
