About Shelandah

Hi! My name is Shyla, and I'm an 18-year-old high school graduate with a passion for working with children. I currently work at a daycare, where I care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. My experience has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every child. I also have several years of babysitting experience, including caring for newborns. I'm experienced with diaper changes, bottle preparation, feeding, meal prep, nap routines, potty training support, educational play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and bedtime routines. I'm dependable, organized, and always strive to make children feel loved, safe, and supported. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping, children's laundry, organizing play areas, and pet care if needed.
