Another time coming to an end with an incredible family & their 3 fun loving children. 2 1/2 yrs spent doing 1 of the things I love doing, being a nanny & the multitude of things that come with it. Prior to this I was a nanny for 6 1/2 yrs to amazing twins, boy & girl. I love being a part of positive growth, helping families find breathing room & more time building memories by trying my best to give a helping hand around the house as well. I was a preschool teacher for over a year, until the owner retired. I love encouraging a child to use their imagination & create something all their own, I feel this is helpful in growth & confidence. Also softly encouraging them to be good helpers, kind, respectful, & healthy, strong humans. I'm willing to learn & role with whatever pops up, life is full of surprises. As for my personal life I love being in nature, camping, creating, culinary joys, reading, being sweet to my baby kitty, thrifting, working on my house/yard, family visits, etc.

Our entire family loves Sheena! She has watched our now 7 year old twins for 5 plus years. The kids absolutely adore her. She is creative and fun with activities for them. She's patient and kind, but also gently assertive. She sets healthy boundaries and reciprocates respect with the children. She's punctual and dependable. We really cannot recommend her highly enough if you are looking for care for your children. I would also mention that our children have combined type ADHD so when I say we've had reason to test her patience and compassion, that would be an understatement. If you are concerned about any special needs, she'd be great help for you as well. Prior to my grandmother's passing, she also helped care for her during her dementia. All of her skills were wonderful assets with the elderly as well. She's caring and loving and kind. I just wish we had found her sooner! And that we could keep her forever. But the littles have aged into full time school and extracurricular activities and our older kids have more (and different) expenses now too! But everyone should have a Sheena!!!!
