10 years in senior care have shaped my approach to compassionate support. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, and I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. My college degree complements my hands-on experience. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I understand how to handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes.
