About Shannon

Since joining our family six months ago, Shannon has been a warm, comforting, stable presence for our two children (now 3 years old, 10 months old). She was immediately able to balance the complexities of managing an opinionated toddler and the continuous needs of an infant. Most of her time was spent caring for our infant, in which she would engage with her by reading stories, going for walks outside, and practicing reaching developmental milestones. Shannon was also wonderful with our toddler, participating in imaginative play, arts and crafts, outdoor exercise, stories, and anything else requested. Whatever the activity, Shannon would always be up for it with enthusiasm and patience. Her communication to us was excellent, whether it be about the needs of our children, scheduling, or anything else. Shannon is a wonderful caregiver. Her presence gave us not only piece-of-mind that our children would be well supervised, but that they would also have the opportunity to learn and grow under her excellent care.
