About Shaniya

Hi! I'm Shaniya, and caring for children is something I genuinely love. I currently work full-time as a Head Teacher at a Christian daycare, caring for children ages 16-24 months. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, coursework in Early Childhood Development, and CPR & First Aid training. Becoming a mom to my daughter in June 2025 deepened my love for working with children and gave me an even greater appreciation for how important it is to have someone you truly trust caring for your child. I'm patient, calm, dependable, and love getting to know each child's personality. I enjoy reading, crafts, outdoor play, and creating fun activities that support development. I'm comfortable with meals, diapering, naps, bedtime, and keeping children's spaces tidy. My goal is for every child to feel safe, loved, and cared for. I'd love to become someone your family can rely on!
