If you’re lucky enough to match with Shania- you’re already winning! From the initial interview to several months of having her as our nanny, she is everything you’re looking for and more. We had a rare opportunity to move our child into a program that allows her to interact with babies/children her age, so our precious time with Shania is up (for now!) We plan to keep her close to our hearts as we hope to grow our family (God-willing) in the years to come. Shania is incredibly passionate about her love for babies. She loved my four month old as I did and took on the role of a full time mom while I was working full time. She sent me updates, photos, and helped me keep my daughter on a feeding/napping/play schedule. She logged all progress/events in real time and made sure to check in with me daily/weekly to check if I was satisfied with her care. She really became a friend that I knew I could depend on.
