Hi! My name is Shaniah, and I have over 18 years of experience working with children as a nanny, preschool-3rd grade teacher, camp counselor, and pediatric inpatient caregiver. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids. I recently completed my master's degree and am seeking a full-time role in my new field, so I'm currently available for childcare support. I'm open to regular care, date nights, or occasional help. We had Shaniah come as a last minute sitter for the day, for our 4-month old, as our regular nanny was out. She was a few minutes early so that she could go over information with me, communicated updates throughout the day, asked great questions, and not only tolerated our slightly crazy dog, but also played with him. She followed our kiddo’s routine perfectly, and I had one very happy little dude at the end of the day! We absolutely plan to reach out to Shaniah again in the future!
